Do these asshats think that stealing classified documents and releasing secret information to the press, in time of war, can be justified? The main thing about this, is who the hell is Mary McCarthy, an appointed bureaucrat, to decide National Policy and release secrets that she had sworn to protect? If she disagreed with policy, resign.
However, going by the severe penalty that Berger had to pay for stealing,
a judge ordered Berger to pay a $50,000 fine for his crime. Berger avoided prison time under the punishment handed down by U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson.
I'm sure this traitor will get a similarly severe sentence along the lines of 2 years probation. She should be shot.
